Using Logex

Logex helps you record and review your strength training. By creating an account you agree to use the app lawfully and to keep your login details secure.

Not medical advice

Insights, recommendations, volume ranges, strength standards and starting-weight estimates are general information based on your inputs and published training research. They are not medical or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new program, and stop exercising if you feel pain or discomfort. You train at your own risk.

Your content

You own the training data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app to you.

Availability

We work to keep Logex available and your data safe, but the app is provided “as is” without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy & data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
